Gemini 4 Argon shows eight uses for complex tasks

Google shows eight examples of Gemini 4 Argon, from creating 3D scenes and video games to analyzing more than 80,000 NASA files. The model is already available to developers, businesses and Google AI subscribers across several tools.

Google has presented eight examples of Gemini 4 Argon, its new artificial intelligence model, carrying out tasks ranging from creating 3D scenes to turning tens of thousands of scientific files into an executive presentation.

The model is designed to work with text, images, video and code within the same project. It can also coordinate tools and multistep processes instead of limiting itself to answering a single question.

1. Builds a 3D scene from scratch

With a short instruction and no prepared libraries or assets, Argon wrote 5,000 lines of mathematical code to render a sunlit library in 3D. It then generated a video about the process.

The demonstration points to a specific use: turning an idea described in words into a functional visual scene without manually preparing all its components.

2. Creates interactive audiovisual tools

In the Gemini app, the model generated a tool that overlays shapes on a video. The movement in the image triggers musical notes and draws lines related to musical scales from one frame to the next.

The result is more than a generated image. It is an interactive application that connects what happens in the video with sound.

3. Turns a real space into a 3D video game

Google also used photographs of a desk to create a playable 3D track. To do this, Argon coordinated several AI agents, Blender MCP and Nano Banana.

In practice, a photographed room or object can become the starting point for an interactive experience. The result still needs supervision, but much of the technical work is automated.

4. Organizes thousands of scientific files

In another case, Argon received more than 80,000 NASA files, including weather records and engineering, health and science data collected during 72 flights to Mars.

The model analyzed the information, organized the findings and prepared a presentation with an executive structure and visual elements. For a team, this could reduce the time spent classifying documents and identifying patterns before making decisions.

5. Turns academic texts into animations

When given dense scientific chapters in PDF format, Argon used Nano Banana and Veo to transform them into an illustrated animation inside Gemini.

The value is clear for education and public outreach: concepts that are difficult to imagine can be explained through visual scenes instead of relying only on technical paragraphs.

6. Designs an interactive periodic table

In Antigravity, Google's tool for developing AI projects, Argon created a 3D periodic table that moves on its own. The atoms animate, and the movement is synchronized precisely with the audio of Tom Lehrer's song “The Elements”.

It is an example of how the model combines code, animation, sound and navigation in a single experience.

7. Simulates hair and movement in 3D

Argon generated a custom engine to render hair on digital characters. The system simulates how hair grows and moves, including lighting, shading and physical dynamics.

This could be useful for video game prototypes, animations and visualizations that previously required specialized tools and extensive manual work.

8. Creates objects with reactive physics and sound

The final example is an interactive musical “G”. The object responds to a fluid simulation and produces sounds based on what happens in the scene.

The demonstration shows that the model does not only generate visual elements. It can also program the rules that determine how they behave and respond to the user.

What changes for you

These examples do not mean that Argon can complete any project without review. They do show a clear direction: give it documents, images or a general idea and receive a functional first result that combines analysis, code, design and external tools.

Gemini 4 Argon is already available to developers and businesses through the API in AI Studio and the Gemini platform. It is also reaching Google AI Ultra and Pro subscribers in Google Antigravity, the Gemini app and AI Mode in Search.

The important test will be how it works outside demonstrations: with messy data, ambiguous instructions and projects that require precision. That will show whether Argon genuinely reduces specialized work or simply shifts part of that effort to reviewing its results.
